This 22 year old female had undergone sub-muscular augmentation with saline implants about one year earlier with another plastic surgeon. She came into our office hoping to feel confident again. She is seen here one month after removal of the saline implants, pocket revisions, and insertion of larger gel implants- 575cc smooth. She is delighted with her improved shape and size.
